Higgs stared at the situation on the table, then looked at his own hand. After confirming that there was no chance of turning the tide, he took a deep breath and decisively conceded defeat.

At that moment, Higgs slumped into his chair, lost in self-doubt. He had just lost two Wizard Card Competition in a row, and the way he lost them was inexplicable.

By the way, what was that pretty redhead's name again? As a member of the Wizard Card Club, Higgs had no recollection of her. Perhaps the one who defeated him wasn't even a member of the Wizard Card Club.

As soon as Higgs stood up from his chair, he saw Katrina, a classmate, chatting with a red-haired girl who looked similar to her.

Higgs already remembered who this person was: Ravenclaw's genius, Isobel McDougal.

How could someone like that participate in Wizard Card Competition?

That's incredible.

Higgs acknowledged that Isobel was a genius, but being defeated by a genius who hadn't played Wizard Card much was still a bit hard for him to accept.

Just as he returned to the Slytherin table, a familiar voice came from not far away.

"Higgs, is that so-called Wizard Card Game really that fun?"

The boy who was talking to him was named Montague, and he gave them a strange smile.

Higgs knew that Montague disdained playing Wizard Card, largely because the inventor of the Wizard Card, Albert Anderson, was a Muggle-born wizard. Disdain for Muggle-born wizard was a common problem among most Slytherin students, and even though they knew they were facing Hogwarts' most talented wizard, this arrogance had not disappeared.

"Actually, the Wizard Card are quite interesting, and if you win the championship, you get ten Galleon," Higgs casually replied. He also knew that most of the players on Marcus Flint's team had a bad relationship with Albert, but Higgs didn't really like it because his lack of "fitting in" made his situation on the team a bit awkward.

Perhaps next semester, Captain Marcus Flint will kick him off the team and find a new Seeker to replace him.

Marcus Flint glanced at the Wizard Card Competition across from him, his gaze involuntarily falling on Kenneth Toller. Ever since he had successfully pulled down Kenneth's pants last time, he had been able to sense Kenneth Toller's undisguised hostility towards him.

However, this is only to be expected.

Before Flint got up to leave, a malicious smile suddenly flashed across his lips. He made several provocative gestures at Kenneth Toller before swaggering out of the hall.

Flint knew all too well that Kenneth Toller would not give up on revenge, and he needed to give him a chance.

Ten minutes later, in a boys' restroom on the Third Floor of Hogwarts Castle, Kenneth Toller was disarmed and forced to the cold floor, while Marcus Flint stood beside him with a malicious smile on his lips.

"What an idiot! Do you think I'd keep making the same mistake?"

Since being ambushed last time, how could Marcus Flint not be on guard against a Disillusionment Charm attack? Kenneth Toller, provoked by him, couldn't resist and prepared to use the Disillusionment Charm to ambush him. Gryffindor really are a bunch of brainless idiots.

Asshole!

Kenneth Toller, pinned to the floor, was furious. He wasn't afraid of Flint, but he hadn't expected Flint to have helpers, and he had been ambushed instead.

If I had asked a few more people for help, I wouldn't have ended up like this.

"Alright, my time is limited. I hope the toilet won't be disgusted by your head." Flint chuckled as he grabbed Kenneth Toller's head and dragged him toward the toilet.

You seem very unwilling to accept this.

"I was just fooled. How could I have believed the... nonsense of the Weasley twins Albert and Weasley Twins?" Kenneth Toller said through gritted teeth.

His head was shoved into the toilet by Flint, who then flushed it. A feeling of suffocation washed over him, and Kenneth Toller's head was pulled up, but he was already unconscious from the Stunning Spell.

"What are you going to do?" Montague asked.

"What else can we do?" Flint shrugged helplessly at his friends and shoved Kenneth Toller back into the toilet. "We haven't even gone to settle accounts with them yet, and they've come looking for us first."

In fact, they all knew Kenneth Toller's ulterior motives; he mentioned Albert and the Weasley Twins simply to get them to cause trouble for each other.

Regardless of who wins or loses in the end, Kenneth Toller can vent his resentment.

Marcus Flint had no intention of backing down either. He had actually learned long ago through subtle means that all of this was very likely related to Albert Anderson's small group.

He planned to settle the score with them again, both the previous one and this one.

"Albert Anderson is not someone to mess with."

Although they looked down on Muggle-born wizard, they had to acknowledge Albert's genius, and Slytherin had never had the upper hand when dealing with him.

"I know." Flint's expression was ferocious. "I admit he is indeed a genius, but he is only a third-year student. No matter how talented he is, there is a limit."

No one dared to deny Albert's magical prowess, but Flint never worried about that, even though he couldn't defeat Albert one-on-one.

What about one against many? If we first eliminate Albert's friends and strip him of his support, then everyone can swarm him. Even if Albert is indeed a rare Genius Wizard, he wouldn't be a match for their combined strength.

As for being despicable?

Those guys were even more despicable than him; he hadn't forgotten that it was those bastards who first sent a group of people to threaten them.

I'm just using the same methods to deal with them now.

"That guy's been touted as the second Dumbledore, and there might be some exaggeration in that, but his strength is undeniable. I suggest we go back and gather more people to come up with a detailed plan," Montague suggested. He was in the same year as Albert and was well aware of Albert's reputation. Although he was reluctant to admit it, he had to acknowledge that Albert was very capable. Otherwise, how could he have made so many Slytherin students suffer in their first year? Don't forget, he's been at the school for almost three years now, so he's definitely even more formidable than before.

All the Slytherin students in the restroom fell silent, not one of them refuting Montague's words, clearly feeling guilty in front of Albert.
