"Tom, stop running around, you're making the floor dirty."

Nia, wearing an apron, rushed out of the bathroom, glaring at the fat cat in the living room who kept trying to crawl under the sofa but got stuck.

"Meow meow meow!"

Tom's pitiful cries echoed through the hall after he was picked up. Most cats don't like baths, and Tom was no exception.

However, for Nia, who is very clean, her cat can't even think about entering her room unless it gets a proper bath.

God knows how dirty Tom must have gotten himself into living in that old castle; he might even have fleas on him.

"It's no use yelling. You have to wash it clean today, or you can forget about eating dried fish again." Nia put her hands on her hips and glared at the fat cat that had just broken free from her and squeezed into the sofa.

"Albert, Albert, come down and help!"

Nia walked to the top of the stairs and called out to Albert upstairs.

The door creaked open, and Albert put down his half-finished homework and trotted downstairs in his slippers.

As soon as Albert entered the hall, he saw Nia crouching in front of the sofa, her hands holding a pair of cat paws, trying to pull Tom out from under the sofa.

"What's wrong?" Albert noticed the water stains on the floor, then looked at Nia, who was wearing an apron, and asked, "Are you planning to give Tom a bath?"

"Come and help me quickly," Nia urged. "That guy is filthy. He even tried to come into my room last night. It made me so angry."

"Let's move the sofa away first," Albert said. "Come and help."

"Don't you know magic?" Nia released Tom's paws and went over to help move the sofa, but still complained, "This should be easy for you!"

"You can't use magic at home," Albert explained. "You should know that."

The two moved the sofa together, and while Tom crawled back under it, Albert picked up the cat. However, his clothes got wet from the water on Tom.

"What a hassle. If you can't let people use magic, what's the point of you learning it?" Nia followed Albert into the bathroom.

This time, Nia closed the bathroom door, no longer giving Tom a chance to slip away.

Albert looked at the sulking Nia and said with a smile, "It's really troublesome not being able to use it."

"You definitely didn't bathe Tom at school!"

"I've washed Tom a few times, but I never did it myself." Albert put Tom back in the bathtub, and the fat cat immediately struggled in the water, refusing to touch it. When Nia picked up the showerhead to give Tom a bath, it struggled even more fiercely. If others heard its pitiful cries, they would think they were abusing an animal.

"This won't do. Wait a moment." Albert put Tom down and walked out of the bathroom.

"What are you going to do?" Nia asked, puzzled.

"Get Tom some food and make him behave."

"If food worked, I wouldn't have needed to ask you for help," Nia muttered. She had already tried it, but it didn't work at all.

Albert returned quickly, and surprisingly, he only brought a small dried fish.

"It's useless"

However, Nia soon noticed that Tom had quieted down after eating the dried fish, or rather, it seemed... to have fallen asleep? "I added a small amount of Potions to the dried fish. Okay, let's finish Tom's bath as soon as possible!" Albert noticed Nia's surprised expression and casually explained. He reached out to help support Tom's head so that Nia could apply shampoo to the fat cat.

Even if Tom calms down, giving a cat a bath is still a big undertaking.

Twenty minutes later, Albert carried Tom was wrapped in a towel, out of the bathroom. He then fed Tom some water with Vitality Potion, waking the cat prince up.

"I'm so tired."

Nia stared resentfully at Tom, who was shaking his obese body, while Albert used a hairdryer to dry Tom's body.

"If you're tired, go and rest for a while!" Albert turned Tom over and blew on his belly.

"No need, let me do it."

Nia took the hairdryer from Albert and rubbed Tom, who was lying on a towel, back and forth.

"Tom is getting fatter and fatter. I thought you would help him lose weight."

"Getting a fat person to lose weight is no easy task," Albert said with a hint of helplessness.

To this day, the task of helping Tom lose weight remains unfinished on the Task Panel.

Albert took two bottles of homemade Pearl Milk Tea from the refrigerator, handed one to Nia, and asked, "How are you doing at school? Have you made any good friends?"

"Of course."

Nia raised her chin and said, "Jenny, Sherry... um, why are you asking these questions?"

"It's nothing, I was just asking casually." Albert put the Pearl Milk Tea on the table and went back to his room to change his clothes.

"By the way, I heard from Herb that he wants to promote this."

"They're not planning to become lawyers anymore, they're planning to open a Milk Tea Shop instead?" Albert asked with a smile.

"No," Nia shook her head and said, "It seems that Uncle Charlie is interested in Pearl Milk Tea."

Charlie is Daisy's brother, a half-baked chef who reportedly owns a restaurant in London dedicated to Britain cuisine.

As for the taste...

Well, the Anderson family never dined at Uncle Charlie's restaurant.

"Well, Uncle Charlie asked me the other day what you like," Nia glanced at Albert furtively and said with a strange expression, "It seems like he was going to come and discuss this with you."

"You want to discuss this with me?"

"Daisy's suggestion is to have Uncle Charlie come and talk to you in person." Nia put down her cup and picked up the hairdryer again to dry Tom's tail.

"She probably thinks that Uncle Charlie isn't as smart as you, and isn't as shrewd as you in some things, so she needs your help and advice."

"Why didn't Daisy just tell me?" Albert never imagined he would be the one to popularize Pearl Milk Tea in Britain.

"You've just started your vacation, Daisy doesn't want to bother you for now, and you're not short of money, you could win the lottery if you just wanted to." Nia pulled Tom back from his attempt to slip away.

Having Nia tell Albert about this was a way of giving him a heads-up.

After dinner, Daisy spoke to Albert about it herself.

Of course, Charlie needs to pay a price if he wants to make money from Pearl Milk Tea.

The profit margin is roughly 20%.

They knew, of course, that Albert wouldn't be short of money, but Herb and Daisy weren't keen on Albert making money through the lottery.

After all, if this happens too frequently, it will eventually be discovered.

Albert agreed.

He also discovered that Daisy had some of the habits of a lawyer, and she wouldn't show any mercy even to her own brother.

In Daisy's words, whether or not you need something is one thing, and whether or not you give it is another.
