The German Ministry of Magic is located underground in the capital, Berlin. Wizards from many countries like to hide their Ministry of Magic underground, especially under famous buildings. This saves them a lot of trouble. Otherwise, if Muggle were to accidentally dig up the Ministry of Magic hidden underground while digging a subway tunnel, it would be an incredibly embarrassing situation.

At this moment, Sera and Albert are on their way to the German Ministry of Magic.

"Is it really okay to put the entrance in a place like this?"

Albert was quite surprised to find the entrance to the German Ministry of Magic located in such a crowded place as Unter den Linden.

"Of course not in such an obvious place."

Sera pointed to an inconspicuous shop in the corner and said, "The entrance is right there."

"It's got a bit of Leaky Cauldron vibe," Albert remarked, looking at the shop.

I encountered a similar situation when I first arrived in Germany, so I wasn't too surprised.

As the two entered, they saw a middle-aged man look up from behind the counter. He seemed to be a machine that was a few seconds slow before he spoke to Sera.

"Old buddy, what brings you to Germany?"

"I was just passing by and a friend asked me to bring back some local specialties."

Sera walked to the counter and handed a badge to the man. "Could you please send these things to France? An old friend of mine needs them."

"Aren't we going to follow any procedures?"

"There's a lot of stuff this time, and the procedures are quite complicated."

"All right!"

The middle-aged man did not refuse; on the contrary, he was in a good mood, as another large sum of Galleon had come into his account.

Albert roughly understood that they got off the train in Germany not to see any old friends, but to buy something. And who wanted the things?

It is highly likely that it was Nicolas Flamel, whose purpose is self-evident: to create Elixir of Life.

Nicolas Flamel couldn't very well do it himself, but he knew many old friends. He categorized the items and had different people help him buy them, and then the items were finally gathered at Nicolas Flamel's place. In this way, no one knew what the ingredients of the Elixir of Life were, although even if they did, it wouldn't be of much use anyway.

However, Albert still had to admire the extensive network of connections that Sera and his group had.

After chatting for a few minutes, Sera took Albert to the backyard, where there was an art sculpture of a double-headed eagle made of steel and gears.

The two walked up to the statue, and the two-headed eagle seemed to come alive, looking up at them amidst the clicking of gears, as if to confirm their identities.

A few seconds later, the surroundings began to descend as if in an elevator.

"Welcome to the Ministry of Magic."

Behind the counter at the entrance, a witch greeted them politely.

The two used the VIP channel.

Sera stepped forward, preparing to introduce herself and explain her purpose, when footsteps sounded from a short distance away. A young wizard hurriedly ran over, stopping panting in front of the two of them. Looking at Sera and Albert, he tentatively asked, "Mr. Harishis?"

"Yes, that's me!"

"Mr. Frank mentioned you to me, please come with me!" The young wizard greeted the witch behind the counter and then prepared to lead the two to the International Floo Network waiting room.

"Hans, this is against the rules," the witch behind the counter warned, frowning.

"Anna, you'll find they're already on the visitor list," Hans kindly reminded her. "Alright, you two, this way, don't be late, or you'll have to be two hours late."

Young Hans led the two out of the door on the right side of the Ministry of Magic Lobby and into a circular room with many fireplaces. The fireplaces were marked with the names of various countries, and a timetable stood next to them. An employee was cleaning the ashes from the fireplaces with something that looked like a vacuum cleaner.

"Mr. Frank, I have brought the person."

Hans spoke to the old, bald wizard sitting on the central counter in the round office.

"Oh, Sera, my old friend, it's been a long time."

"It's been a long time, Frank." Sera stepped forward and gave him a simple hug. "I thought you had retired."

"You're right, I'm almost at retirement age. Before that, I need to take care of things after I'm gone." Frank looked at Albert curiously and asked, "Your grandson?"

"No. This is Albert Anderson." Sera winked at her old friend and reminded him, "He's going to France for the International Wizard's Chess Competition, and I happen to be going to France too, so I'll give him a ride."

"Welcome to Germany, Mr. Anderson." Frank knew Sera's personality; this Mr. Anderson clearly had something special about him, otherwise he wouldn't be so close to Sera.

"It's been an interesting trip," Albert said.

He noticed that both Mr. Frank and Mr. Hans spoke English very fluently, befitting wizards working on the International Floo Network; they probably needed to be proficient in multiple languages.

"The Floo Network to France is ready. Please follow me," Hans said.

In fact, not many wizards use the International Floo Network. After all, there aren't many wizards to begin with, and most of them stay in their own countries rather than wandering around.

As for those who would seek help to smuggle themselves across the border, only a very small number of low-class individuals would do so, and smuggling is expensive, so no one would be willing to waste their money.

As the green flames rose in the fireplace, Sera gestured to Albert, indicating that he should go first.

Albert stepped into the green flames, called out "Nicolas Village," glanced one last time at the waiting room floor covered in ashes, and was then engulfed in the fireplace by the green flames.

Traveling using the International Floo Network is not comfortable; in fact, most teleportation magic travel is uncomfortable.

The high-speed rotation made Albert dizzy, and the time seemed to last longer than he had imagined. Countless fireplace openings flashed past him, and when the rotation finally slowed down, he was already firmly in the stone fireplace.

Albert suppressed his discomfort, grabbed his suitcase, and walked forward.

Sera quickly appeared behind him, smiling, and said, "Welcome to Nicolas Village."

Nicolas Village is a very old village, somewhat reminiscent of Hogsmeade.

The ground was paved with marble, and in front of them was a square with statues of the LeMay Couple in their youth, holding an object in their hands, which should be the legendary Philosopher's Stone, from which spring Philosopher's Stone gushed forth.

Several young wizards stared curiously at the two unfamiliar faces, whispering among themselves about their identities.

"Keep up!"

Sera gestured for Albert to follow him.

"I'm not used to this kind of travel," Albert muttered.

The two arrived in front of a house. Sera raised her hand and gently knocked on the door. A house- House-elf opened the door and looked at the two uninvited guests with a puzzled expression.

Sera took a patterned silver card from her jacket pocket and handed it to the House-elf. The card had an address engraved on it.

"This way, please, gentlemen!"

The house- House-elf took the card, stepped back, and invited the two into the house.

After the door behind them closed, it raised the Silver Card and softly chanted a spell. The decorative patterns on the walls and corridors seemed to come alive and spread into the void, linking with the Silver Card in the House-elf's hand, directly intertwining to form an exquisite door in front of them.

The House-elf opened the door and gestured for the two to come in.
