The castle, which had grown quiet over the Christmas Holiday, became lively again after the students returned.

The Gryffindor students gathered in twos and threes, chatting about trivial matters from the break, while a few were working hard on their holiday homework.

After tidying up his dormitory, Albert sat by the window with Lee Jordan, playing Wizard Card. This deck was no longer quite the same as the original set. Its categories had become more detailed, and even the cards themselves had been made quite professional—professional enough to sell.

Although Wizard Card was no longer as popular as it had been at first, there were still plenty of students at school willing to join the Wizard Card Club.

They were not just there for the championship prize. More often, it was because they could always find friends to play cards with in the club.

The feeling of everyone gathering together to play cards was truly wonderful.
