After the Easter holiday ended, a gloomy atmosphere quietly settled over the castle. Most students had spent the Easter holiday rushing to finish their holiday homework, leaving them no time at all to revise for the Final Exam. Once the holiday was over, they suddenly realized that only one month remained until the Final Exam, which made them feel even more miserable.

Not only were the Final Exams approaching, but the Quidditch final between the Gryffindor Team and the Slytherin Team was drawing near with the end of the Easter holiday. This final, which would decide the Quidditch champion, would begin on the first weekend after the holiday.
