"Little God, long time no see. Have you missed your big sister?"
As soon as she landed, Yan looked at Yun Zhao and spoke with a smile.
Her lazy voice carried a hint of seduction.
"Of course I have. Come on, let's go home. I'll cook something for you."
Hearing this, Yan's mood brightened considerably. As she nodded, she didn't forget to throw Leng a provocative look.
"I want to challenge you to a duel."
Leng's furious voice rang out through Yan's Dark Communication. This was seriously too infuriating.
"A duel? I don't have time. I'm going to taste Little God's cooking now. He made it especially for me."
As for dueling, they had fought enough over the past several thousand years. Who had time to duel with Leng now? Wasn't it better to spend time playing with God?
"Are you scared?"
"Scared? Leng, you're over seven thousand years old. Grow up a little. Stop thinking about fighting all day. With that time, you'd be better off spending more time with God."
After Yan finished speaking, she directly cut off her call with Leng.
But the impact of those words was considerable.
After all, Leng was one or two hundred years older than Yan. When Yan had first arrived in Heaven's City, Leng had already graduated from New Recruit Camp. In a sense, she could be considered Yan's senior.
And yet she had just been lectured by Yan?
How infuriating. Seriously, how infuriating.
At that moment, Leng truly wanted to rush over and fight Yan, so she could teach her why flowers were red.
Sensing the dark aura around Leng, Yan wasn't intimidated in the slightest. She edged closer to Yun Zhao and tossed Leng another deliberately provocative look.
"Duel, duel! Yan, I want to duel you!"
Unable to connect through Dark Communication, Leng began roaring furiously over the Sub-system Platform.
"What's going on?" Hexi.
"Same question." Zhi Xin.
"+1." Keisha.
"It looks like Sister Yan provoked Sister Leng. (Video)" Ling Xi.
"(Audio)" Yan.
With both the video and Dark Communication audio, the angels watching the fun instantly understood what had happened.
"Leng, you're over seven thousand years old. You really should be a little more mature. I'm siding with you this time, Yan." Hexi, who never minded making things worse.
"Although... well, Yan does have a point this time. I'm siding with you too, Yan." Keisha.
"I shouldn't say this, but Sister Yan really does have a point this time." Zhi Xin.
"+1." Ling Xi.
And so, once again, a world where only Leng got hurt was achieved.
Yan was delighted. Her mood was better than it had been in a long time. She felt so pleased that she decided she absolutely had to eat several more bowls of rice later.
Once they returned to the villa, Yun Zhao immediately headed into the kitchen. Ling Xi hurried after him to help, while in the living room, Leng stared fixedly at Yan, her blazing anger nearly spitting flames.
Yan, on the other hand, remained completely calm. She had won this clash by a landslide, and all Leng could do was rage helplessly.
Years of experience with her told Yan that, at times like this, she shouldn't pay any attention to her. The more attention she paid her, the more smug she became.
"Little God, do you need me to help?"
"No need. You must be tired after coming all this way. Just sit down and rest."
Yun Zhao's voice came from the kitchen, and Yan smiled again.
However, that smile looked rather irritating in Leng's eyes.
"Yan, I want to duel you."
"Duel? Duel for what? I'm busy. Didn't you hear God tell me to rest?"
Yan refused outright. A duel? She wasn't stupid. The two of them had always been evenly matched, but Leng was currently overflowing with anger. That would definitely give her combat power a considerable boost. Challenging her to a duel now would be nothing but asking for trouble.
She wasn't doing it.
Since Yan refused, Leng had no choice but to stew in her own anger.
Before long, the food was ready. Yun Zhao called out to them, and the group gathered around the table and began eating heartily.
Outside Earth, aboard the Space Angel Space Station, Angel Azhui watched the happy scene on the screen as everyone ate heartily together and found herself envious.
"Then go. Just don't reveal that I'm there too."
Hexi saw through Azhui's little thoughts at a glance.
"Mhm, mhm, mhm. Then, Sky Blade King, I'm off."
"Go."
Angel Azhui quickly left the space station and flew straight toward Earth. Before long, knocking sounded outside Yun Zhao's villa.
"Who could that be?" Yun Zhao asked suspiciously as he stood up.
"Azhui's here." Yan answered.
"Azhui? Oh, right. She should be stationed in the Chiwu Star System."
Yun Zhao realized it as well. He hurried over to open the door, and sure enough, a woman with a large swept-back hairstyle stood outside. He had never met the real Azhui before, but he was very familiar with that hairstyle.
"Azhui?"
"Hello, God."
Azhui smiled sweetly.
"Hello, hello. Come in quickly. We're eating. Have something too."
As Azhui followed Yun Zhao inside, Ling Xi had already brought her a bowl and chopsticks.
"Azhui, come over and try God's cooking."
"Okay."
Azhui wasn't reserved in the slightest. She walked over, sat down, took the bowl and chopsticks, and joined them in eating heartily.
Watching this scene, Yun Zhao smiled and went over to sit down again.
At the dinner table, Azhui wasn't at all constrained by this being her first real meeting with Yun Zhao. She chatted and laughed with everyone, occasionally sharing amusing things she had seen recently among the other civilizations in the Chiwu Star System.
Yun Zhao was very satisfied with the atmosphere. Every so often, he joined in with a few comments, sharing some interesting things he had seen in his previous life.
After the meal, Yun Zhao looked at Azhui and asked, "Azhui, are you going to continue observing civilizations in the Chiwu Star System?"
"Yes, God. I've already stayed in the other places. I'll be remaining on Earth for a while from now on."
"Oh. Then don't go back into outer space. Just stay here with me. With the Insight Eye observing from there, it'll be the same either way. Besides, there's plenty of room here."
"Okay."
Azhui nodded with a smile, then pulled Yan along to choose her room.
"Why did you come here? Weren't you with the Sky Blade King?"
On the second floor, Yan suddenly connected to Azhui through Dark Communication.
"I saw you eating and got a little hungry, so the Sky Blade King let me come over."
Yan nodded and didn't say anything else. It was fine for Azhui to come. After all, Azhui's task was to observe Earth's civilization, not necessarily to observe it from outside Earth. Since the Sky Blade King had given her permission, there was no problem.
"Sister Yan, your attitude toward God seems very different. Have you fallen for him?"
After choosing her room, Azhui followed Yan downstairs and sat beside her on the sofa. Even though Yun Zhao wasn't in front of her, Azhui still didn't ask directly. Instead, she questioned Yan through Dark Communication.
"Yes, I have. And I'm not the only one. The other two beside us have fallen for him too."
Yan didn't hide it from Azhui, though she still gave her a warning.
"You only need to know this yourself. Don't go around shouting about it. There aren't just the three of us here who have fallen for God. There are three others as well. Queen Keisha has ordered us not to reveal anything, only to observe."
Hearing this, Azhui's eyes widened, her face filled with disbelief.
"Sister Yan, what do you mean?"
What did she mean, there were already three who had fallen for him, with three more elsewhere? Wouldn't that make six? Six angels had taken a liking to God? Wasn't that a little too exaggerated?
