As Ji Mingyuan’s struggle for the throne reached Chenggan Palace, Jiang Ning arrived just as Ji Minghao was about to take his own life.

• Jiang Ning confronted the Dragon Head at Nine-Layer Mountain, recovered the stolen supplies, and accepted an apology after learning that an unknown Blessed Grotto-heaven had commissioned the test.
