"What am I supposed to do to increase this Unlock Progress?"

"And these Energy Points..."

Just as Su Yao frowned in confusion, a notification sounded by his ear.

Su Yao froze, his gaze instinctively shifting to the panel. Sure enough, the Energy Points count had become one.

"Was it because Energy Absorption absorbed sunlight?" Su Yao said in surprise.

"Still... how am I supposed to use these Energy Points?"

He began experimenting.

He quickly discovered that as long as he focused on the Unlock Progress, he could use his thoughts to consume Energy Points and increase it.

Unfortunately, after investing one Energy Point, the Unlock Progress did not move at all.

Instinctively, Su Yao squeezed his entire body into the sunlight, trying to soak up more rays.

Soon, notifications rang out one after another.

But before he had absorbed it for even half an hour, familiar footsteps sounded not far from the cell.

The white man named Jill walked outside the neighboring cell, threw open its door with a clang, and barked, "Trash, it's your yard time. Get the hell out here!"

He wanted to see how long this freak could keep it up. Sooner or later, he would have to eat.

Watching his retreating back, Su Yao's face remained hidden in shadow, his expression unreadable.

After using up the Light Energy he had collected over half an hour, the Unlock Progress had reached 4%. He had a feeling that he would obtain a new ability very soon! A trace of anticipation appeared in Su Yao's eyes.

The Sun God, Earth's Will's ability... he really was looking forward to it. Heh...

Expressionless, he stood up and walked out of his cell, following the corridor toward the distant Training Grounds.

Along the way, he saw ordinary prisoners, as well as fellow mutants dressed in blue prison uniforms with Mutant Controllers around their necks.

Su Yao could not help observing them more closely before sinking into thought.

Some of these mutants were even weaker than him, the lowest class of Level 1 Mutants.

Not only were their abilities weak, some even had serious flaws. They did not even look like normal humans, mutated yet without gaining any useful ability! Level 2 Mutants were much better off. Though their Mutant Abilities were still weak, their appearances were closer to normal humans. Their abilities mostly leaned toward support, just like his own had before.

Shadowcat, who could walk through walls, was one of them.

As for Level 3, Wolverine seemed to be one.

For Level 4, Magneto and Professor X should be among them.

"I just don't know whether this is the movie universe or the Comic Universe. If it's the comics..."

Su Yao shuddered.

As he thought about it, he could not help recalling Level 5 Mutants.

"Level 5 Mutants seem a little ridiculous, especially the Omega Mutants."

"Apparently, Omega Mutants possess limitless possibilities and limitless potential. They can do many things that defy the laws of physics!"

Simply put, they possessed absurd, unscientific abilities! The more Su Yao thought about it, the more he secretly sighed. "I really wonder what Omega Mutants are like, just how absurd they can be. If I get the chance, I'd like to see for myself."

After recalling what he knew about mutants, his gaze returned to his fellow mutants.

Looking at them now, they were like dogs locked in cages—both tragic and pitiful.

"Still... aren't I the same?"

Su Yao fell silent for a moment, then smiled coldly.

Soon! Before long, he emerged from the corridor.

Sunlight met him head-on, bathing his entire body.

Cyclops Scott, dressed in black, asked with a shocked expression.

Professor X nodded gravely.

Recalling the massive Energy Source that had flashed by in the Brainwave Room earlier, even now, he could not help feeling a chill in his heart.

"Scott, we must find that child as soon as possible!"

"Other than Jean, I have never seen anyone possess such enormous energy. That child may be an Omega Level mutant!"

As he spoke, Professor X's tone became urgent. "We must find him quickly and guide him to control his power. Otherwise, if that child loses control, he may cause an irreparable disaster!"

Scott was deeply shocked. No one understood Jean's power better than he did, yet today the professor was telling him that there might be a mutant who possessed that kind of power?! Instinctively, he did not believe it and felt that the professor must have sensed wrong, but he could not refute him directly.

After hesitating for a moment, Scott nodded and frowned. "But Professor, you have to at least give me an exact location, don't you?"

Professor X shook his head regretfully.

"That child is somewhat special. I can no longer sense him now."

"Scott, go to the area I mentioned and search carefully..."
