The shattered body lying at the very top, nearly beyond recognition, was herself.

This woman hailed as a Living Saint had actually died an unknown number of times already, yet each time she returned to life completely unscathed, much like the Greater Demons serving the Chaos Gods.
Being familiar with the process, Celestine showed no panic whatsoever. She stepped on her own remains and climbed to the mountaintop, beginning to retrieve the scattered pieces of armor from one mangled corpse after another, then fitting them together like building blocks.
The instant one fragment touched another, the breaks fused together on their own. Spotless golden radiance made them seem as good as new.
Only after finding more than a thousand fragments did she raise her head to gaze at the faint glimmer granted to her by the Emperor of Mankind. She then began moving through the nightmarish Warp, searching for the fragments of her personality scattered somewhere unknown.
Each time she found a small fragment, Celestine had to confront the negative human emotions buried in her heart: doubt, fear, rage, disappointment, pain, and more.
That was immense torment and a tremendous challenge for anyone.
But she had long since grown accustomed to it. Not the slightest wavering appeared on her calm face. Even when attacked by Warp Demons, she could react with composure and cut them down.
