"Aaaaaah!!!!!!"
"Help!"
"Princess Annie, stop! Please, stop!"
"Hahahaha! Higher! Fly! Everyone, fly!"
Amid terrified screams and Little Annie's delighted laughter, a magical version of bungee jumping was underway in the palace gardens of Calimport.
More than a dozen young maids between sixteen and twenty-three, dressed in light white or beige gauze dresses, were being affected by some Transmutation School spell—whether Reverse Gravity or air manipulation was unclear. They first shot straight up thousands of meters into the sky, then suddenly plummeted at incredible speed, stopping less than a meter above the ground.
Then they flew back up and fell again, repeating the process without pause.
The intense thrill of constantly brushing past death terrified many of them half to death. They fainted, regained consciousness, then fainted again, too frightened to care that the wind had blown up their skirts and exposed their lower bodies.
A few who failed to control their fear even lost control of their bladders. The only thing they could do was cover their flushed faces.
But their pleas had no effect whatsoever.
Little Annie simply found the maids' reactions amusing and fun, so she had no intention of stopping.
Instead, she became even more excessive, inventing new games, such as using Transfiguration Magic to turn the maids into all kinds of cute little animals, including cats and dogs.
Her terrifying control and shocking magical talent made the several Archmages responsible for palace security, along with the Liches of the Arcane Mysteries Society, feel their scalps tingle.
As for stepping forward to stop her...
What a joke!
The mere fact that she could split her attention and simultaneously control two or three large-scale Transmutation School spells comparable to Legendary Magic proved that Little Annie was far stronger than all of them combined.
And no one could guarantee
