After thinking for a while, Victor had begun to consider adjusting the development plan. However, he was not in Wood Fort Town at the moment, but out on an inspection tour, so he could only set the matter aside for now.

Witnessing such a bustling scene of labor, the heavy stone that had long weighed on Victor's heart finally fell. Clearly, everything here was exactly as Sam had said. He had not deceived him.
