• Cangyuan said he would make no arrangements for the contention and wondered about the connection between Ancestor Dragon and Ying Zheng.

Houtu let Cangyuan’s allies keep their places, and the chapter ended with the first seventeen cultivators preparing to reincarnate as the rest protested the limits imposed by the Witch Race.

Li Er became a royal librarian, while Kong Qiu built a neighborhood-protection gang and taught his men; the chapter left him giving his own boastful interpretation of a Confucian saying.

• Confucius taught his lackeys, then invited them to join his journey through the states; he gave money to one disciple who stayed behind to support his mother.
