The moment his words fell, hidden doors around the hall suddenly swung open. Countless fully armed soldiers poured out, surrounding the infiltrators on all sides. The leading deputy commander went deathly pale. He knew they had fallen into a trap.
"Surrender." Roland set down his cup and rose to his feet. "Your plan has failed. Lay down your weapons, and I can guarantee your safety."
