At that moment, I brought Ye Xingchen to an underground parking lot without even realizing it.
"Still nothing. Did something go wrong?" I narrowed my eyes.
Ye Xingchen shouted, "I have a bad feeling."
"I feel it too." I gripped Demon Blade Muramasa and sneered. "We need to prepare to escape."
"Give me back my dagger," Ye Xingchen said.
"Here." I threw the dagger over. After catching it, Ye Xingchen let out a furious roar. "Prepare to die!"
With that, she grabbed the dagger and moved to attack me.
But in the next moment, I punched her directly, knocking her to the ground. Then I dragged her along and said, "If you weren't still somewhat useful, I'd butcher you right now."
"What use am I now?" Ye Xingchen asked.
"You'll find out soon enough." I glanced at her, then dragged her quickly toward the exit of the underground parking station.
Just then, several men in black emerged from the darkness. They all wore masks and held various vicious weapons.
They came out of the darkness in great numbers.
"Interesting." I smiled faintly as a savage slash swept across.
When my blade came down, its terrifying power struck one of the men in black, killing him instantly.
The surrounding men in black moved to attack as well. Demon Blade Muramasa swept out in a semicircle, and the men around us were instantly torn apart.
"Wow, that's amazing!" Ye Xingchen exclaimed as she jumped up.
I walked over in silence and said, "Getting out probably won't be that easy."
As I spoke, Demon Blade Muramasa came down viciously against her neck. I smiled and said, "If you cause me any more trouble, I'll chop you up right now."
"I wouldn't dare." Ye Xingchen gave a dry laugh, her eyes filled with panic.
