"The talismans are gone. The corpse horde will get in."

"That's right."

"Hurry up and put up the talismans!"

While everyone was talking nonstop, I snorted. "Have you seen them get in?"

The people around me froze and looked ahead.

The door stood wide open, but the walking corpses had not entered.

"You've been raised in captivity, yet you remained completely unaware. Once your numbers are high enough, they'll harvest you without mercy. You're in a cage, yet you think you're safe. This is truly laughable."

With that, I shook my head and turned away.

After finding Liu Ling'er and the others, I said directly, "Pack up. We're leaving immediately. Everyone in this residential compound is destined to be harvested."

So Liu Ling'er and the others hurriedly packed their things, and we left just like that.

Even as they watched us leave, some people were still hesitating. After all, life in the compound was very comfortable, and many of them did not believe me. I paid no attention to any of that.

I only wanted to leave as quickly as possible. However, when I reached the entrance of the compound, I saw that several Corpse Demons had appeared around it at some point. They glared at me viciously as their massive bodies slowly approached.

I stepped forward and shouted, "You stinking rats that escaped from the Netherworld have come to the Spirit Realm again."

"Hahaha, Liang Fan, I'm delighted to see you again," one of the Corpse Demons said as it looked at me.

"Hmph. I never thought I'd let you escape back then. You stinking rat actually managed to turn things around," I said with a cold laugh.

"I had no choice. Back then, you hunted me down like a stray dog. It's time to settle that score properly,"
