"What? Is that really possible?" Chen Kehan froze, his face changing dramatically.

"You might not know this, but the most dangerous part of Suzhou and Hangzhou is the latter half. The first half has beautiful scenery, but the second half is practically a ghost realm," the man said, his face filled with terror.

"Is it really that exaggerated?" I frowned, feeling baffled.

"You don't understand. Suzhou and Hangzhou may have beautiful scenery, but there are countless Fierce Ghosts here. That's not even the scariest part. The scariest thing is that some of these Fierce Ghosts are so powerful they're practically gods or demons."

"Last time, I ran into one that could literally summon the wind and call down the rain," the man said.

"How could this happen?" I frowned, then quickly pulled out a map. It was a map of Suzhou and Hangzhou that I had collected from a private residence.

I pointed at the map and said, "Can't we go around it and avoid a disaster?"

"I'm afraid it won't be that easy." The man shook his head and looked at me. "There are so many powerful Fierce Ghosts in Suzhou and Hangzhou. They're practically gods and demons. You absolutely must not encounter them, or no one will be able to save you."

"Then how did you escape?" I asked.

The man hesitated, then shook his head without saying anything.

I couldn't be bothered to question him further. Instead, I ordered Chen Kehan to keep moving.

The bus continued forward, and the cabin gradually returned to silence. I half-closed my eyes, enjoying the brief peace.
