I woke up with a headache, dizziness, and neck pain last night. I checked my blood pressure, and it was a little high. My brain feels like it has completely stopped working, and after writing for four hours, I still haven't finished a chapter.

To avoid writing something outside the outline while I'm muddled, I'm taking today off to sleep and clear my head...
