Arc 44Wedding and the Ring’s Shadow
Iver and Isabel’s wedding united Avalon and Stibium under Yulia’s new Herasul Empire, while Iver uncovered old secrets about Hermes, the Ring Angel, and a dangerous Golden Sword. The arc ended with Hypatia releasing the Sun Knight’s spirit so Iver could transfer it into Clarent.
- Iver and Isabel married before the gods, and Isabel introduced Yulia as Herasul’s rightful heir, leading Noel to unite Stibium and the Black Eagle Territory with Avalon under Yulia’s rule.
- Yulia founded the New Herasul Empire, declared equality and sweeping constitutional reforms, and faced opposition from the Iris Children of the Moon as the new government took shape.
- Iver and Noel entered the treasury beneath the Triumphal Palace and found a supernatural stone slab beneath layers of gold, while tests linked the Sea Burial Grimoire to the Paths of Taboo and Twilight.
- Iver summoned Viennes and Landon, opened the Bayard Family vault, and recovered Clarent, whose protective powers could strengthen his allies and defend Hellerchein.
- Hypatia revealed Hermes’s history, resurrected Croesus, and identified the Red Hilt Sword as the broken Golden Sword that Hermes had given Heracles.
- Iver learned that the Ring Angel had hidden unsealed memories in his mind, but rejected the Red Hilt Sword because its power could alter his identity.
- Hypatia destroyed the Red Hilt Sword’s shell and released its sealed spirit, and Iver asked her to transfer it into Clarent as a guardian for his Great Sin Beasts.
