Back in the day, this card had been a major attraction in the early days.
But since there were not many trap-heavy decks in the format, it saw less play. It mainly required a Tribute Summon; if it could be Special Summoned, it would have been a godly card.
Of course, in a dedicated deck, Special Summoning it was still easy.
