Night fell.
Jiang Qiao returned to Tanjung Sepat, but instead of going back to the hotel, he headed to a bar in the western part of the city.

The owner was a fat man.
He looked perpetually cheerful.

"If you really cared about people's safety, you shouldn't open at all." Jiang Qiao chuckled. Ignoring everyone else, he headed straight for the back door. Without even appearing to push it, he passed through the large iron door.

If anyone saw that, they'd think the place was haunted.
There was a staircase behind the iron door.
The stairs weren't long. After two turns, they led to a basement.
This was a wine cellar.
All sorts of liquor were displayed inside.
