Main Universe Hal had never experienced such a strange feeling.

What he meant was... he had been through a lot, but he had never felt qualified to become some kind of life mentor.

He had made mistakes and paid the price for them. In the end, everyone accepted him again. It was a long story—a long history.

He had always considered himself a humble apprentice, but right now, at this very moment, seeing another version of himself from a parallel universe suddenly reach some kind of realization after receiving his help—or rather, just a few words from him—felt incredibly strange.

Luther said nothing. He had abandoned his previous mocking attitude. Everything here was a projection of Justice League Hal's inner self, so every character's actions inevitably followed his will.

Luther lifted baby Darkseid out of the incubator. The baby looked coldly at Justice League Hal.

"You have no right to wield my power, you low-level copy, you defective piece of trash."

Main Universe Hal met the baby's eyes. Those crimson eyes evoked such a familiar feeling. He realized that this baby Darkseid might originally have been nothing more than a projection of memory, but now the true Darkseid's will had possessed him, giving him genuine power.

"Watch out." He warned Justice League Hal, "This enemy may soon—"

The next moment, baby Darkseid began expanding right before their eyes. He grew larger and larger, eventually surpassing Darkseid's true size.

The room, the laboratory, and even Luther within the memory space were all crushed beneath the ever-growing body until Darkseid grew large enough to blot out the sky.

Main Universe Hal raised his head and looked at the shadow.

Then he heard Justice League Hal's low chuckle.

"Heh heh heh heh..."
