Thousand Mile Eye

As they walked, the group arrived at the dormitory area. Huo Wu raised a hand and pointed at a row of neat, orderly buildings, saying brightly, "Look, these are the dorms. You can pick your own rooms in a bit."

Jia Youcai's eyes were full of curiosity as he hurriedly asked, "Senior Sister, how are the dorm conditions?"

Huo Wu smiled. "Don't worry, they're quite good. Everyone gets a private room, along with shared lounges and washrooms."

As Huo Wu led them around to familiarize them with the surroundings, Huo Wushuang occasionally chimed in as well, introducing some of the academy's rules and precautions.

Qian Renxue listened attentively, nodding lightly from time to time to show that she understood.

Before long, they arrived at the supply collection office. Huo Wu led Jia Youcai and Qian Renxue inside and said to the staff member within, "Teacher, these two are new students here to collect their supplies."

The staff member looked up, swept his gaze over them, and then said with a smile, "All right. Give me your enrollment certificates."

Jia Youcai and Qian Renxue quickly took out their enrollment certificates and handed them over with both hands. After carefully checking that everything was correct, the staff member began preparing their supplies.

Not long after, the staff member came over carrying two sets of brand-new uniforms, some daily necessities, and Soul Tools. He handed them over and said, "These are your supplies. Make sure to keep them safe."

Jia Youcai and Qian Renxue accepted the supplies and said gratefully, "Thank you, Teacher."

Huo Wu smiled beside them. "All right, now that you've collected your supplies, I'll take you to get settled into your dorms."

The four of them returned to the dormitory area, where the male and female dorm buildings were separate. Jia Youcai and Qian Renxue each chose their own rooms.

Huo Wu clapped her hands. "All right, that's it for today. Get some good rest. Classes officially begin tomorrow. If there's anything you don't understand, come find me or my brother anytime."

Jia Youcai said with a smile, "Okay, thank you, Senior Sister and Senior Brother. You really went to a lot of trouble for us today."

Huo Wu waved her hand and said generously, "Don't mention it. We're classmates from now on, so helping each other is only natural."

With that, she left together with Huo Wushuang.

After watching the two leave, Jia Youcai turned to Qian Renxue beside him and suggested, "Once you're done unpacking, I'll wait for you downstairs. Want to grab a meal together?"

Qian Renxue revealed a faint smile. "I didn't expect you to be such a gentleman. All right, it's settled."

"See you later." Jia Youcai waved, bent down, and picked up the supplies on the floor, cradling them in his arms.

"See you later," Qian Renxue replied softly.

Jia Youcai entered the dormitory building and saw that his room number was 726. That must be on the seventh floor.

However, as a Soul Elder, this little bit of physical exertion was nothing to him.

After reaching his floor, he quickly found his room and opened the door. The room was not large. There was a bed inside, with a desk and chair beside it, as well as a small bookshelf by the window.

He swiftly opened his suitcase, neatly placing each piece of clothing into the wardrobe and arranging his daily necessities in an orderly manner.

Before long, Jia Youcai had finished unpacking. He closed his door and walked down the hallway, noticing that the door to a nearby room was open. His gaze unconsciously drifted inside.

Inside the room, someone stood by the window, holding something resembling binoculars and looking outside.

Feng Wei lowered the object in his hand, turned around, and asked, "You're... new here?"

Jia Youcai nodded and pointed at the object. "What's that in your hand?"

Feng Wei said proudly, "This is my martial soul. I named it Thousand Mile Eye."

"Uh..." Jia Youcai inwardly complained, Isn't that just a pair of binoculars?

"What were you looking at so intently?" Jia Youcai asked.

A slightly sly smile curved Feng Wei's lips. He leaned closer to Jia Youcai and lowered his voice. "You just got here, so you don't know yet. The girls at Blazing Academy are famous for being easy on the eyes."

Jia Youcai smiled. "I've had a little taste of that already."

Feng Wei continued, "So I use my Thousand Mile Eye. Take a look... oh my god."

As he spoke, Feng Wei held the Thousand Mile Eye up before Jia Youcai's eyes again. "See for yourself, in that direction. That pair of fair, long legs is longer than my life, and that, that... that curve is incredible."

Jia Youcai took the Thousand Mile Eye and looked in the direction Feng Wei was pointing. The moment he saw it, he felt his blood surge.

"What a pity, what a pity. It'd be perfect if that skirt could be hiked up a little higher," Feng Wei said regretfully.

Seeing that Jia Youcai had been looking for quite a while—

"Well? I didn't lie to you, did I?" Feng Wei grinned smugly beside him. "The girls at Blazing Academy aren't just strong; their figures and looks are top-notch too. You'll have plenty of chances to admire them slowly from now on."

Jia Youcai scratched his head somewhat awkwardly and returned the Thousand Mile Eye to Feng Wei. "They really are pretty, but isn't it a little bad for us to secretly watch them like this?"
