A Strange Setup
The evil god of the Shigu Tribe was a newborn evil god, one forced into corruption, so it was not too difficult to deal with. Within the Sea of Consciousness, Mo Hua summoned the Dao Stele and used scarlet Nirvana Extinction Tribulation Lightning to erase the Shigu Evil God's will.
Although his Divine Sense was already very strong, his Daoization profound, and the God-Slaying Sword he wielded exceedingly sharp—enough, at full force, to shatter the divine body of an ordinary evil god—he had not yet reached the point where he could completely erase an evil god's will.
Using Tribulation Lightning to purge the poison was safer, more reassuring, and left no future trouble.
There was no need to worry that someone had planted some evil "seed" within his Divine Thought.
Once the poison was purged, the Shigu Evil God's furious and unwilling intent was completely extinguished.
What remained was pure Divine Thought, along with some pale silver Divine Marrow.
Mo Hua felt somewhat regretful.
Silver was far inferior to gold.
This was not high-grade Divine Marrow. It was much worse than that of the Lord of the Great Wilderness, or even some of the Lord of the Great Wilderness's powerful Divine Remains.
Still, it was hardly surprising.
Before its corruption, the Shigu Evil God had likely only been an ordinary Third-Grade Barbarian God, at most somewhat stronger than the others. The fact that it had truly condensed a divine spark and possessed silver Divine Marrow was already an unexpected gain.
No matter its grade, Divine Marrow was good stuff.
Mo Hua absorbed all the pale silver Divine Marrow into his stomach. Even the tiny remnants were licked clean, not a single drop wasted.
