Arc 48The Shugu Campaign
Mo Hua helped Danzhu lead the Danque Tribe against the Shugu and Bifang Tribes, uncovering corrupted Barbarian Gods and a spreading famine. He expanded his Divine Thought by consuming false gods, while the campaign’s fragile rule collapsed and Tie Shugu became convinced he must lead Mo Hua to the true god.
- Mo Hua persuaded Danzhu to campaign against the Shugu Tribe and helped him rescue more than five hundred captives from a Stone Hall after defeating its corrupted Barbarian God.
- Mo Hua purified the Shugu God’s Thought Power and used healing formations and Heavenly Calculation to help the Danque Tribe survive Bifang attacks and win an ambush against Bi Jie.
- Mo Hua found Taotie Patterns hidden inside the Barbarian God statue, then recognized that the Famine Disaster had reached the Great Wilderness and led the Danque Tribe to safer territory.
- Danzhu captured a Shugu branch stronghold, and Mo Hua devoured its Barbarian God before persuading Chi Feng and Tie Shugu to join further campaigns.
- Mo Hua used divination to outmaneuver the Six Freaks of Shugu, occupied another settlement, and assigned Tie Shugu to help its poor cultivators and slaves.
- Tie Shugu dreamed that Mo Hua was a demon threatening the Barbarian God and resolved to lead him to the god’s altar, while Mo Hua watched him and shaped his belief in divine guidance.
- Tie Shugu gave Mo Hua a map of Shugu settlements, and Mo Hua destroyed idols and consumed their power until his Divine Thought reached the Eighteen-Pattern.
- As famine and conflict overwhelmed the occupied settlements, the surviving Three Shugu Freaks rallied against Mo Hua, while Tie Shugu continued believing he must lead him to the true god.
