The force expanded its campaign into the Land of Lightning, while Shinnosuke joined Akatsuki’s efforts against United Company and Tokimitsu made Shisui his disciple.

• Jiraiya escaped Konoha, learned the Great Toad Sage’s warning about Indra’s descendants, and founded the Akatsuki Organization with Konan and the orphaned children.
• Tokimitsu designated Mount Myōboku a hostile power, and Minato’s forces purged its toads from Konoha’s drainage channels, though Toad Kosuke escaped.

Uchiha Tokimitsu expanded Konoha’s political and military reach while confronting Mount Myōboku and Ryūchi Cave, strengthening Orochimaru and preparing an assault on the Akatsuki Organization. The arc leaves Tokimitsu’s forces at the Akatsuki base as the attack begins.

• Uchiha Tokimitsu helped Shisui awaken his Three-Tomoe Sharingan, formed plans to fund Konoha’s new district, and sent the Anti-Terrorism Unit after Mount Myōboku’s toads.

• At Fugaku’s victory banquet, Uchiha Tokimitsu learned that Mikoto had given birth to Itachi and wondered whether the child could be Indra’s reincarnation.
• Asura secured Ryūchi Cave’s support by negotiating a supply of twenty thousand Ninja Snakes, then escaped to Mount Myōboku.
• Hizashi Hyuga defied the Great Elder’s control over the branch family, while Uchiha Tokimitsu sent Uchiha Shisui to destroy spy bases.
• White Zetsu and Black Zetsu attacked Uchiha Shisui’s forces, but Uchiha Tokimitsu defeated White Zetsu and forced Black Zetsu to flee.
