Arc 10Konoha’s Civil War

Uchiha Tokimitsu led the Shogunate to victory over Kumogakure, then brought its growing power into conflict with Konoha’s Hokage Faction. After defeating Sarutobi Hiruzen’s forces, Tokimitsu proposed new institutions for Konoha and received a scroll containing Hashirama Cells.

Arc 11The Fall of Kirigakure

Uchiha Tokimitsu consolidated power in Konoha, strengthened himself with Sacred Particles, and used financial pressure and naval deception to weaken the Land of Water before launching a campaign against Kirigakure. After defeating Uchiha Madara and capturing the Six-Tails Jinchuriki, he began occupying the Northern Islands as Kirigakure fractured.

Uchiha Tokimitsu consolidated control over Kirigakure, crushed opposition in Konoha, and reshaped the village through political and educational reforms. As the joint Chunin Exams approached, Jiraiya’s conflict with Tokimitsu’s government drove him into hiding, where Konoha forces cornered him.
