Otu Underground City was the largest Underground Ruins in all of Eluin in The Amber Sword. It was an open map divided into seven layers above and below. The area beneath the seventh layer was ruled by a twisted Will, said to have come from Evil God Andonio.
But having come from the era after the Year of Astrology, he knew that there was actually a Seal of the Measure of Years down there. It was supposedly a new dungeon that would open in the version after the Tablet War ended.

"Then what about Brags's entrance?" Brando asked again.
"In a legendary Saint's Relic near Ridenburg. But no one has ever seen it. Around the Year of Frog Croaks, powerful magical ripples seeped out from beneath Brags, allowing the Circle of Unity to detect it and deduce its location."
"The Year of Frog Croaks—are you talking about the disaster in Brags's Great Catacombs?" Brando immediately asked. If he remembered correctly, the history of the Brags Great Catacombs dungeon had begun with that disaster. "So the Brags city government sending people into the Great Catacombs every so often to clear out the undead was also directed by the Circle of Unity?"

Brando thought of Madara as well. When Bramanto's Black Rose invaded Eluin, it had made territorial demands only of Buchi. Could its objective also have been that Saint's Relic?
He couldn't help but feel deeply suspicious.
In true history, the Circle of Unity had only begun colluding extensively with Grand Duke Anlek after the Black Rose War. If they had sought Grand Duke Anlek's support after losing Brags's entrance, that interpretation seemed plausible enough.
