Broken Furnace: This was a broken furnace that could grow large or small. Its origin was unknown, and its purpose was unknown.

Qin He could not help but stare blankly.

Every reward had a lofty-sounding name. This was the first time he had seen something broken.

Broken was one thing, but its purpose being unknown made it even stranger.

Without another word, Qin He flipped his hand, and a purple-gold, gourd-shaped furnace appeared in his palm. It was engraved with countless intricate secret patterns that spiraled up from the gourd's base like a fire dragon.

Horizontal windows had been opened on both sides of the gourd, while specks of black matter floated in its center.

It truly was broken. One of the side windows had been smashed away, leaving a missing chunk, while the top of the gourd bore a slanted, remarkably smooth notch, as though it had been sliced off by a sharp weapon.

There was also a dent on one side of the gourd, ringed with crack-like fissures. He did not know what had struck it, but it was likely some sort of blunt weapon.

At first glance, it was strange. On closer inspection, it was startling.

Both its shape and the damage upon it clearly told Qin He that this thing was anything but ordinary.

With a thought from Qin He, the Purple Gold Gourd landed on the ground and immediately grew larger and larger.

In no more than three to five breaths, it had become as tall as a one-story building. Its gourd belly could easily hold an elephant, and it still had not stopped growing.
