The two pirate executives had not dared to get too close to the captain in that state to begin with. Hearing White Shark's order, they immediately moved to surround Evan.

With their side holding an absolute advantage, they had decided to stall for as long as possible. Their captain after going berserk was simply too terrifying.

"Pretty Boy Navy, I suggest you do it yourself. It'll hurt when we get our hands on you!" One of the two, a pirate wearing a captain's hat who was clearly the captain of the other pirate ship, the Barracuda, mocked him. Evan's age and appearance had evidently made the man see him as a soft persimmon he could knead at will.

"Captain's right! Should we chop off his hands first, or his feet? Do you think he'll cry for his mother? Haha..." The pirate executive beside him, with a weather-beaten face and graying hair, clearly at least forty or fifty years old, spun his scimitar and cackled in agreement.

The pirates could afford to drag things out and still had the leisure to trade crude remarks, but Evan, trapped at an absolute disadvantage, dared not delay. Thoughts raced madly through his mind as he searched for a way to break the deadlock. He had no time to waste on their nonsense.
