Saint Evan City, Long Island, beautiful in the late spring and early summer.

Though electricity flickered over their bodies, they seemed utterly unaffected by the tremendous energy whose mere aftershock could instantly kill an elephant.

Apprentice-level Electrical Engineers possessed almost no combat ability. It was an even more purely domestic profession than Wizard Apprentice, and its advancement requirements were not especially difficult.

Prerequisites:

They had to complete Foundation of Electricity, including the three core courses of circuit theory, Electrical Machinery, and Power Systems, thereby accumulating the necessary theoretical knowledge.
