She was struck by a descending blast that resembled a planet-destroying cannon!
With her body covered in divine gear and her class traits complementing it, even though Skyfall dealt extra damage to the undead, she endured it head-on.
Then she raised her head and looked at Ainz Ooal Gown, whose entire appearance had changed, making him look like an ascetic monk.
Taking advantage of Shalltear's inability to attack proactively, Ainz Ooal Gown had cast twenty or thirty buffs on himself before the battle, then followed up with a Super-tier spell. Even so, his mindset was somewhat grave.
In a direct confrontation, he was no match for Shalltear. Her abilities were too comprehensive, with no obvious weaknesses.
But because he knew her so well, as long as he followed his plan exactly, he could still accomplish his objective!
Yet after Shalltear looked up at Ainz Ooal Gown and took that blow, her previously hollow, vacant eyes gradually regained focus, and Spiritual Light returned to them.
"Lord Ainz?"
"What happened? Why am I here? I think I was attacked..."
Shalltear's murmuring made Ainz Ooal Gown's expression shift. He immediately contacted the Great Tomb and asked Albedo,
"Check whether Shalltear's name has changed back."
Albedo's reply came quickly.
"Yes. Shalltear's name returned to normal just now."
Albedo's tone was clearly full of surprise. Lord Ainz had previously concluded that the enemy had used a World Item.
How could the problem have been resolved so easily?
Super-tier Magic was indeed powerful, but even Wish Upon a Star had failed to produce any effect
