Xu Yue entered Wakanda to negotiate for Vibranium, but first discovered that the Panther God was far more dangerous than he had assumed. After testing Wakanda’s defenses and proving his power, he met King T'Chaka and proposed a deal, leaving the transfer of Vibranium to Wakanda.

• Xu Yue sensed the Panther God’s terrifying attention and concluded he should avoid destroying Wakanda or provoking It.
