The cultist revealed that the society called it the Angel Catalyst and sought its power to heal what they believed were lesions in the world, including the Crossroads.

The cultist revealed that the catalyst had fallen through a breach into the fog, where it was later found, though who picked it up remained unclear.

• The Hermetic Society cultist said the Angel Cult had told them about Ankaela, and they planned to collect catalyst fragments after she fought The Crossroads.
• He explained that Ankaela’s fall disrupted their experiment, causing the Angel Catalyst to pierce space and reveal the Deep Boundary City.
• The cultist said the Mist City was vast enough to contain another version of The Crossroads beneath the real one.

• Huli raced through Tai Xu Star’s atmosphere with Yu Sheng on her back, while Xuan Che’s Immortal Boat urged them to slow down near an Immortal Alliance outpost.
• Yu Sheng saw the Great Void Spiritual Pivot’s orbital palaces, spaceports, floating islands, and traveling Immortal Boats as Xuan Che described the sects that built them.

Yu Sheng and his companions arrived at Taiyou, where Huli’s nine tails drew attention and revealed her high standing among spirit foxes. As Xuan Che led them toward the Strange Otherworld’s entrance, Eileen sensed killing intent.

• Huli landed her Immortal Boat at the Lingxi Mine Scenic Area and greeted the Jade-faced Golden Fox, Linglong, who later told her Maternal Great Uncle about the nine-tailed Immortal and her Benefactor, Yu Sheng.
• Yu Sheng met Xuan Che, Luna, and Eileen beside a pavilion, where Eileen proudly claimed Luna as her defeated subordinate.

• Xuan Che introduced Yu Sheng and his companions to Su Yun and learned that the Otherworld entrance had shown no unusual changes.
• Su Yun explained how the darkness marked the entrance to the Otherworld and warned that its atmosphere could unsettle those who lingered inside.

Yu Sheng and his companions entered a yellow-sand Otherworld, where they discovered Formation-Breaking Divine Giants bearing the mark of the Ten Halls of Crouching Clouds. Masked cultivators ambushed them, and the chapter ended as Luna trapped their leader in an eerie wilderness vision.

• Yu Sheng heard a mysterious chorus mention opening a grand formation, though his companions heard nothing, and Xuan Che led the group toward distant ruins.
• The group found enormous golden-armored automatons that Xuan Che identified as Formation-Breaking Divine Giants marked with the Ten Halls of Crouching Clouds.

• Luna attacked the black-robed cultivators, whose perceptions split between the desert battlefield and the gloomy wilderness in the Soul World, where the Brass Knight Legion hunted them.
