Xiao Wu initially appears as a competitive student at Notting Junior Spirit Master Academy. She quickly becomes Dorm Seven’s dominant figure and later the academy’s undisputed boss. Her straightforward personality leads her to challenge Qin Feng over the dormitory’s sleeping arrangements, beginning a long-running rivalry and friendship between them 13 50.

Although she presents herself as an ordinary girl with a Rabbit Martial Soul, Xiao Wu is actually a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soft Bone Rabbit who has taken human form. Her connection to the Spirit Beasts of Star Dou Forest becomes apparent when she reacts painfully to the killing of the Phoenix-tail Crested Serpent and communicates with the Titan Giant Ape, Er Ming 98 114.

After being taken into the depths of Star Dou Forest, Xiao Wu returns unharmed and advances to Soul Elder rank with Er Ming’s help. Her ability to advance without following the normal Spirit Ring-hunting process is connected to her nature as a Spirit Beast 114 117.
