High in the sky, Lei Xue stared blankly at her surroundings. The air currents around her visibly streamed backward. She could see the countless buildings on the ground shrinking to the size of ants, yet because of that, she could take in most of Yanjing's scenery at a glance. Looking down from such a height gave her the feeling of seeing all the mountains and hills beneath her. It was incredibly dreamlike...

The only time one could probably view the mountains and land like this was while skydiving. She had never tried it, but she guessed even skydiving wouldn't allow her to calmly admire the scenery as she could now, right?

After all, the turbulent air during skydiving, along with the thrilling sensation of plummeting downward, would have made it impossible to focus entirely on the view...

But something was wrong. Why could she actually calm her mind now?

Lei Xue paused slightly. When she came back to her senses and carefully felt her surroundings, she discovered that although the air currents were rushing past incredibly quickly, they seemed to have no effect on her. She couldn't even feel the powerful headwind. Instead, it was as if she were being protected by something. The wind was even gentler than what she would feel walking down the street, and it was exceptionally quiet too. There wasn't even the whooshing sound one experienced while skydiving.

That soundproofed feeling... was as if she had entered a Lexus. She couldn't hear the slightest bit of outside noise. No wonder the scenery had captured her attention right away...

"How much did Lexus pay you? My BMW will pay ten times that!!"

Suddenly, a remark resembling something from an otherworldly keyboard warrior exploded in Lei Xue's mind, snapping her back to reality.
