Xi Ye was born into the Eldia Family, a Thunder Warrior family based on Ziyao Star. Because he and Raine were the generation’s two outstanding talents, Longjue and Xi Ye’s father implemented a diversion plan: half the family’s resources were invested in Xi Ye’s Celestial God path, while Raine remained the family’s stable martial successor. The arrangement failed to secure Xi Ye an immediate foothold, and much of the family later treated him as the cause of their resource shortages despite ordinary branch disciples’ benefits never having changed. 937
