"We couldn't use most of the things from the temple, but there are still plenty in the Ghost Ship's warehouse. If you like, you can discuss a trade with the Captain." Pholus tried to curry favor by offering someone else's flowers.

Suye smiled faintly. "Then I won't stand on ceremony."

"Can we leave now?" Pholus asked.

Suye nodded and recalled the Shadow Hive and World Tree into the Giant Hills. Under Pholus's guidance, they flew around the mountain-like cabin toward the ship's port side.

All the undead aboard followed behind, swarming over.

Flying over the mountain-like roof of the ship, Suye looked ahead.

In the void, beneath a pale-yellow web of light, dozens of huge holes had been blasted open in the Ghost Ship's port side. Wood chips flew in all directions around them. Some floated in the void, while others slowly returned, constantly repairing the damage.

Outside the ship, a burly white-light centaur held a shield in his left hand and a spear in his right. Clad in gray-gold scale armor, he resembled a lion or tiger as he launched a fierce assault on Gult.

He almost never used Combat Skills, relying only on the most basic attacks: thrusts, sweeps, hooks, jabs, smashes, and so on.

Even Suye could easily see through most of his movements.

His battle was filled with an indescribable beauty.

He had a majestic, statue-like body. His movements were as graceful as an oil painting, and the rhythm of his attacks was like a piece of music, alternating between urgency and calm in perfect order.

Behind the Captain was the pitch-black Ghost Ship, yet he seemed like the embodiment of beauty and light.

His entire being defined beauty and art.
