Background

The Han Kong Family originated from an old servant line whose ancestor followed and once saved the Han Family Old Ancestor. After the Old Ancestor obtained the Saint Star and founded the super family, the servant line was granted the surname “Han Kong.” Han Kongjing is among its most important descendants: the fourth-strongest successor, a Space Body wielder, and the intended heir to Han Kongzhi’s position beside the Han Family Old Ancestor 172.

His status is rooted not merely in the Han Kong Family’s service record, but in the rarity of his physique. Only four members of the clan’s thirty-six generations possess a Space Body, placing him among the few young Han Family talents qualified to stand on equal footing with the Old Ancestor’s favored descendants 172.

Before arriving in the Supreme Treasure Land, Han Kongjing deliberately delayed his cultivation for years in order to compete for the Creation Land’s resources 173. He later leads a Heavenly Sun Star Palace force into the Treasure Land, prioritizing an Ancient Era palace and its concealed inheritances over lesser discoveries along the route 187.

He is proud and easily provoked when his prestige is threatened. The Limitless Star Palace’s ambush becomes, in his view, a personal humiliation; he responds by exhausting talismans, Heavenly Pills, and Super Star Artifacts in an all-out counterattack 193 195. Even after suffering losses, he publicly reframes events to claim credit for forcing the Forbidden Demon into the open 211.

Supreme Treasure Land Expedition

Han Kongjing arrives with Han Kongzhi and is introduced as the leader of the Supreme Treasure Land operation. He recruits Chen Fusheng to decipher the Starry Sky Array, gives him a Nine Yang Pill, and leads the group to a sealed Ancient Era palace containing formations, a Medicine Garden, and inheritances 172 174 187 188.

He offers Chen Fusheng a share of the Medicine Garden and access to the Soul Orb in exchange for continued formation-breaking support, retaining the greater portion of the resources for himself 188 189.

Limitless Star Palace Ambush

The Limitless Star Palace infiltrates and surrounds Han Kongjing’s team in an attempt to seize Chen Fusheng. Contrary to enemy expectations, Han Kongjing fights to protect him, killing a direct descendant and suffering major losses among his Knights 191 193 195.

During the battle, he expends massive resources, activates twelve Super Star Artifacts, consumes Heavenly Pills, and uses the Heaven Marrow Dragon Medicine to sustain himself. Chen Fusheng ultimately opens an escape route and extracts Han Kongjing and the surviving Soul Peak disciples from the palace world 193 194.

Hunt for the Forbidden Demon

After the Dragon Knight’s emergence damages his reputation and forces, Han Kongjing enters the Fifth Realm, cultivates the Profound Whale Sky-Rending Slash, and mobilizes Fourth and Fifth Realm Heavenly Sun Star Palace cultivators to hunt the Forbidden Demons 210 212.

He later protects Chen Fusheng’s Dao during Chen’s Soul Tribulation Transcendence, mistaking the broader conflict for a battle against the Limitless Star Palace. He massacres enemy teams with the Profound Whale Sky-Rending Slash, unaware that Chen Fusheng and the Dragon Knight are the same person 224.

Later Rivalries and Seclusion

Han Kongjing recognizes the widening gap between himself and other physical-cultivation prodigies, then returns to his clan’s harsh trial space to seek further growth 247 249. He subsequently condenses the Myriad Whale Sacred Body and becomes increasingly entangled in rivalry with Han Liuyang 369 370.

He and Han Liuyang later fail to intercept Chen Fusheng during Chen’s campaign through resource lands 386. By the time Chen Fusheng reveals himself to the Han Kong Family, Han Kongjing remains alive and in closed-door cultivation at the Sixth Realm sequence 876.
