After the blue-white electric light died down, Ridian still emitted an almost imperceptible glow, making him look extraordinarily lustrous.
This was caused by his interaction with the earth's electrical currents. With the soles of his feet touching the ground, the telluric currents over a wide area surged madly into his body, then were released back into the earth, repeating the process again and again.
The light radiating from his body was merely a small portion of the energy being released in the form of light.

Ridian had coarse features, bulging muscles, and long hair hanging loose in a wild, unrestrained style.
He wore only a pair of "fur pants." Yes, the pants had actually been woven from hair.
Even though the hair on his head was very long, Mo Qiong could still tell that the hair had most likely come from Ridian himself.
The man was actually using the fingernail of his little finger—which he had apparently been growing for who knew how long—to weave thin black strands of yarn.
The yarn ball he was using was also made entirely of hair.
In other words, while he had been struck by lightning for so long, he hadn't been idle at all. He had been knitting a sweater.
The only yarn that could remain completely unharmed beneath such thunderous lightning was probably his hair.
