Forcibly cramming one indestructible object into another indestructible object within a tiny, indestructible space.
No one knew what would happen.
But one thing could be imagined: spacetime would collapse.
The logic was simple. Under the coercion of Absolute Traits, it was always natural things that changed.
Best Metal was absolutely solid, while Mo Qiong's shot absolutely forced anything it struck to reach its target.
Thus, almost any object that was crammed inside would be compressed beyond measure.
After all, density was something natural that could change.
This time, however, Gaia's body was also indestructible. It was impossible to squeeze her into a chaotic, writhing mass of matter.
With three "absolutes" forcibly combined, the universe could only alter something that was not absolute in order to make all three coexist—for instance, the spacetime carrying them.
Whether spacetime itself could be compressed could not be proven by existing knowledge. However, according to conjecture, spacetime could expand, distort, and even develop curvature.
If the spacetime inside the Best Sphere had been compressed, creating a situation in which Mount Sumeru fit inside a mustard seed,
then the inside of the Best Metal sphere was effectively a place where spacetime had been layered within an apparently tiny scale. Gaia's density had not changed, nor had her volume, but the spacetime she occupied had.
Gaia, existing within abnormal spacetime, certainly would not die. She might not even be injured.
However, could Mental Power propagate through abnormal spacetime? If not, Gaia would have no way to open the Best Metal from inside.
Everyone nervously stared at the Best Sphere. When nothing happened for a long while, one Society member smiled and said, "She's sealed!"
Adams frowned. "Not necessarily. Gaia may simply not have figured out the situation yet. Abnormal spacetime doesn't necessarily mean Mental Power can't propagate.
