Ball Lightning itself was not a Contained Object. In theory, if there were a technology capable of measuring a quantum's momentum and position simultaneously, it too would suddenly transform into macroscopic matter.
But this situation was nearly impossible to occur normally.
The Ancient God could not send anything outside the Valley of Terror, but the act of observing this behavior itself created an influence.
Combined with the microscopic Quantum Civilization, this allowed the Ancient God to observe Earth.
It was very simple. Because of the difference in the flow of time, Earth was almost stationary in the eyes of the Quantum Civilization.
During the brief moment that Ball Lightning appeared, they actually had ample time to gather information through light and deduce and understand those macroscopic things.
The Quantum Civilization shared a universe with humanity. It existed two-dimensionally on electrons or photons and could propagate between countless subatomic particles. Protons were equivalent to their colossal celestial bodies, atoms were galaxies, and molecules were almost as magnificent as the observable universe.
A developed Quantum Civilization often possessed many atomic galaxies and could even create molecules. Of course, "many" was nearly meaningless to humans, because even combined, they might not be visible.
But from the perspective of the Quantum Civilization, this was equivalent to human civilization commanding trillions of nebulae and using reactions such as pulses, electromagnetic waves, and energy-level transitions between "stars" to form computational sequences for calculating the state of the macroscopic world.
Just as humans discovered that microscopic matter overturned classical theory and needed to construct quantum mechanics to explain it,
after developing to a certain level, the Quantum Civilization became aware of the existence of the macroscopic realm and specifically constructed a set of "Super Mechanics" to describe the properties and movements of molecules.
In other words, Newtonian
