If the Apocalypse Kin truly wanted to leave, it would have been easy.
But there was no point in their army leaving. The Blue White Society had a Contained Object that could kill them all through a single point.
The outcome of this war no longer depended on the Apocalypse Kin, but on Mo Qiong.
If the Apocalypse Kin wanted to live, either Mo Qiong had to choose to stop, or Mo Qiong had to die.
Alternatively, before the other side killed them, they had to make their Gestalt Consciousness collapse into numerous individual consciousnesses.
The greatest reason their Gestalt Consciousness could not change was that their main body was Intelligent Metal.
The innate life sequence of that Intelligent Metal determined that they could not tolerate any other mechanical intelligence. All mechanical intelligence had to be part of themselves.
In other words, nothing they created could possess another consciousness. All consciousnesses had to be a "separate whole."
It was just like how carbon-based life-forms were innately destined to need water.
The Apocalypse Kin had already found a way to change this nature: create another piece of Intelligent Metal.
Intelligent Metal was not a Contained Object. It was the greatest innate product in the universe. It could be said to be the most difficult thing to naturally emerge in a Natural Side universe.
According to the Apocalypse Kin's understanding, it should be called an Intelligent Element.
The possibility of it naturally emerging in the universe was vanishingly small, barely above zero.
The probability of its natural birth was equivalent to taking apart a complex mechanical watch into countless tiny parts, scattering them across the seven continents and eight oceans, letting the wind and rain of countless ages wash over them as they drifted with the currents, and having them ultimately converge
