End of Volume Thoughts

The end of the volume, concluding remarks, confetti! A total of twenty-three chapters, 50,000 words, the first volume is considered complete.

As a newbie writing a book for the first time, I experienced not knowing how to submit, getting rejected, publishing directly without a contract, and all sorts of brain-dead operations in the span of half a month. Fortunately, I was picked up at 40,000 words, and I would like to thank the editor here.

I also want to thank the readers who commented on the first day of publication, which prevented me from being hit so hard by the loneliness that I became withdrawn, as many newbies in online forums have said—

I won't share too many personal feelings, let's get back to the first volume, which doesn't have many chapters. Regarding this volume, I actually wanted to write more, but there really wasn't much to say about the era of Uranus. In the records of Greek mythology, the first two God Kings are actually glossed over, so I had no choice but to use about twenty chapters to describe it.

The Sky Father has been hung up in the sky, and he won't have any scenes for at least two eras. Whether he will appear in the future depends on the situation. If he does, it will definitely be a long time later, and probably in a way that no one expects. Then he will continue to love and kill his children.

Then there's the second volume, the era of Cronus.

I will write more about Cronus, after all, although he is not as famous as Zeus, he did do a lot of things, and the final outcome is easier to develop. He is almost certain to get a resurrection match, but that will be at least a hundred chapters later.

This volume will probably cover the birth of the First Humans, the descent of the Second Generation Titans, conflicts between the gods, and so on. There is still something to write about. At least it's not like the first era, where there weren't many stories, and the protagonist was too weak, only able to be a spectator and a facilitator.

Let me talk about the title of the volume. The name of the first volume is Genesis. This is both because Khaos has just been opened up, and because Ryan is going to create the Spirit World, and also because I have adapted some content from the Bible: Genesis. Of course, as my first contracted book, it is also very memorable.

As for the second volume, I named it Reincarnation. I know some people will definitely say that this is because the protagonist is going to establish Reincarnation or something, after all, this operation is too common. But in fact, that's really not the reason why I chose this name, at least not the main reason.

Then, in terms of specific content, considering that there is only so much content in mythology, and the further back it goes, the more it leans towards 'people'. So I try to make some arrangements in the front, so that there is something to write about later, instead of just a bunch of dispensable Passerby A besides the protagonist and Zeus.

Moreover, if nothing unexpected happens, by the time Zeus becomes the God King, the original mythological trajectory should have been messed up by the protagonist. I don't know how much will still be the original, I'll decide based on the situation at that time.
