After the Human Race destroyed the Black Demon Race, Gu Yang entered seclusion and advanced his cultivation while the Alien Coalition prepared for war. He returned to the front with Little Gold and joined Canglong Island’s defense against the coalition.

• Gu Yang brought his family to safety after the Divine Palace fell into the Azure Dragon River, while Cang Mu told the Canglong Island Master that Lord Cang had fallen in the God Realm.
• The Human Race agreed to launch Demon Extermination against the Sand Clan and Black Demon Race, and Gu Yang bonded with a Golden-Winged Great Peng egg at Great Brahma Heaven.
• Gu Yang and Canglong Island’s forces fought the Black Demon Race, and Gu Yang, Qin Hu, and their allies killed enemy fighters as the Human Race advanced across the battlefield.
• The Human Race defeated the Black Demon Race, and Gu Yang returned home before choosing the dangerous Five Elements Secret Ground for seclusion.
• Gu Yang cultivated for months, reached the Sky Riding Realm, mastered the five elemental techniques, and fused them into Tidal Gravity and Starfire Descends.
• Gu Yang returned to Canglong Island and reunited with his family, but war drums soon called him and Little Gold to the western border.

Gu Yang helped Canglong Island withstand repeated Alien Race assaults, advanced into the Primordial Spirit Realm, and eventually set out for the Lost Land. There he uncovered evidence of an ancient invasion and defeated a colossal Nine Nether Creature by awakening the power of a dead tree.

• Gu Yang survived the Thunder Tribulation, strengthened his body, and helped Canglong Island repel the Alien Coalition Army through repeated battles.
• After the fighting, Gu Yang broke through to the Nascent Soul Realm, formed his Primordial Spirit, and cultivated the Great Five Elements Barrier Divine Ability.
• Gu Mingwei sacrificed himself to kill a Multi-horn Race expert, and Gu Yang and Canglan helped rout the Alien Coalition Army.
• During a year of intermittent attacks, Gu Yang consulted Qin Wujiu and the Library, then decided to seek experience in the Lost Land.
• Gu Yang said farewell to Gu Dashan, his mother, and Gu Yingying, crossed the Sea of Death, and killed a giant sea serpent blocking his way.
• Gu Yang entered the Ancient Battlefield in the Lost Land and discovered that its ruins belonged to the Great Nine Nether World’s Third Expeditionary Army.
• Gu Yang survived the War Sacrificial Tower’s vision and broke through an encirclement of stone statues before continuing deeper into the Lost Land.

Gu Yang learned the Life and Death Reincarnation Path, entered the Nine Nether World, and joined Qian Gu’s effort to investigate the Sealed Land. After surviving its dangers and repeated attacks from the Naxi Tribe, Gu Yang and the Darklight City teams pressed deeper into the region.

• Gu Yang received the ancient tree’s memories and the Life and Death Reincarnation Path, then used the Law of Life to overcome dangers in the Lost Land and destroy a dark shadow.
• Gu Yang explored an ancient temple, fused the Law of Life with Nine Nether Power, and was sent into the Nine Nether World to gather intelligence.
• Gu Yang learned about the Pure Land and the awakening threat from Qian Gu, then hunted powerful Nine Nether creatures to strengthen his Nine Nether Power.
• Qian Gu brought Gu Yang and other experts to Darklight City, where Gu Yang joined Iron Wing’s squad to investigate the Sealed Land.
• Gu Yang and the squad entered the Naxi Tribe’s underground palace, deciphered its clues, and activated an ancient ritual before emerging in a dangerous valley.
• Gu Yang led the squad through battles with giant beasts and the Mind-Bewitching Mist, then helped it survive ambushes and night assaults from the Naxi Tribe.
• Qian Gu joined Gu Yang and Iron Wing, and the Darklight City teams defeated another Naxi attack before forcing the Naxi Beast Legion to retreat and advancing deeper into the Sealed Land.

Qian Gu’s team escaped the Naxi Tribe and sailed to a new continent, where Gu Yang investigated its creatures and ancient ruins. Gu Yang entered the Star Trial, gained the Star Body Refinement inheritance and the recognition of the stars, then faced the Frost Star’s Beast King.

• Gu Yang led his team through the Naxi Tribe’s traps and pursuit until they escaped by sea and reached an abandoned harbor on a distant continent.
• Gu Yang explored the continent, studied its creatures and ruins, and captured an intelligent mutated creature that began to recover and speak to him.
• Gu Yang followed a Sentient Being to an altar, uncovered the Star Vow’s history, and activated an Astral Artifact that opened a Light Gate.
• Gu Yang met Karl and his blue-skinned tribe, solved the Star Disc, and entered the Star Trial after passing its initial test.
• Gu Yang defeated the trial’s star-beast phantoms, navigated the Star Maze, received the Star Body Refinement Art, and passed the warrior-illusion trial.
• Gu Yang advanced through the Stellar Array, defeated its phantom beasts, and gained the starry sky’s recognition as a Child of the Stars.
• Gu Yang resisted the Frost Star’s freezing power and defeated a herd of Ice Crystal Giant Beasts, then fought the Beast King and was left bleeding after its ice claw grazed his shoulder.
