Beautiful Country initially treats Umbrella as a disruptive rival. It is implicated in an attempt to frame Persia after F-14 Tomcats intercepted an Umbrella civilian airliner; Wang Yi exposed that the aircraft's engines were inconsistent with Persian equipment. 297

It dismisses Umbrella's purchase of Ka-28 attack helicopters and plans to inspect Penglai City, underestimating Umbrella's military intentions. 375

Beautiful Country later bans TT in North America, pushing users toward VV and intending to use the platform as a propaganda channel. It also sanctions Umbrella's Holographic Bracelet. 394

Neon and Seoul Crises

During Neon's Resident Evil crisis, Beautiful Country directs condemnation and losses toward Neon while pursuing its overseas assets. Its posture is characterized as an attempt to profit from Neon's weakened condition. 433

One month into the invasion, Beautiful Country deploys 200,000 troops around New York. The Seven Realms use defected Manhattan elites as a think tank and infiltrate Heroic Rank assassins through refugee and illegal-immigrant routes. 621
