"Is this a city of the Super Ancient Civilization? It looks magnificent!" Duke pointed at the ruined buildings on the screen and clicked his tongue in wonder. It was his first time seeing such a huge city, and he was a little excited... yeah, right!

"That's right. I remember this place very clearly..." Daigo looked somewhat awkward. In his memories, he had taken part in the war that destroyed the Super Ancient Civilization.

As the two analyzed the footage while contacting the GUTS members outside searching for experience packs, Duke suddenly pointed at a shadow gradually enlarging on the screen and cried out, "Daigo, a monster has appeared!"

A gigantic beast resembling a bird appeared on-screen. Then the footage shook violently and turned into black-and-white static. The drone had been destroyed.

Daigo hurriedly brought up the satellite feed, locked onto the target, and sent the information to the GUTS members. "The monster has appeared in the waters near New Zealand and is heading toward Australia to make landfall. Please provide support immediately."

Without the GUTS Wings, GUTS usually drove to the battlefield. For the distant South Pacific, they could only transform and fly there.

With six Ultramen transformed from GUTS members, Daigo was not worried about whether they could win. He continued studying the ruins in the footage with Duke.

"I think the monster appeared here because it took the ruins for its nest. What do you think?" Daigo speculated.

"Using darkness as a nest... that giant bird monster doesn't have that kind of ability. It was probably just a minion sent out by the final boss..." As Duke spoke, he rubbed his nose. "Daigo, do you think the final boss would be blown to death if we dropped a nuclear bomb on the ruins? After all, that's light too!"
