"Dihua Commissioner Grand Conference"
Held once every three years.
The highest-level conference convening all the commissioners of Dihua Ability Institute.
One month before the conference began, detailed notices would be issued to every commissioner. Unless they could provide proof of a Death Notice, or obtain joint approval from the dean and the Central Council, they were absolutely forbidden to miss the conference in any form. Violators would be expelled immediately.
The conference mainly summarized the changes at Dihua Ability Institute over the past three years in terms of commissioners, conditions, scientific research and innovation, contributions to the world, and disciple-related work.
Because of the changing times, the Eight Great Departments would each present an important topic in their respective areas of expertise for discussion on-site. A vote would then determine whether the topic would be implemented.
Naturally, Dihua would also bring several important reform projects up for discussion. The project proposals would be sent to every commissioner, explained in detail by the project leaders, and then put to a commissioner vote to determine whether they would be implemented. Once rejected, a project could easily be buried.
The conference was of immense importance. Every conference brought progress to Dihua Ability Institute.
In addition, the conference would showcase faculty and staff who had made few contributions or performed poorly over the past three years, including commissioners from the various departments and administrators from the Central Administration Building. In serious cases, their status would be stripped directly at the conference.
At most, the statuses of vice deans and department heads of the administration building could be revoked, strictly adhering to the fundamental principle: "If you can't do the job, you're finished."
