"If he follows my younger brother's method, he'll have at least an eighty percent chance."
The Eaglewing Khan was startled, then delighted, but soon looked at him doubtfully.
"You're that certain? Our new khan only began developing Nomad technology recently, didn't he? Even counting this place, it's only been a little over two thousand years."

"The previous Interstellar Great Khan had a seventy percent chance of ascending a second time. That one must have at least eighty percent."
