Epitaph

In a quiet valley.

Soren stood before a grave, lost in thought. In the distance flowed a stream, which would soon be covered in wildflowers in the spring. He gently raised a tombstone, then sighed deeply and drew his Scimitar to carve an inscription.

--"The Tomb of Yaliana".

Soren sat down and looked at the sky, seemingly contemplating what epitaph to leave behind.

He didn't actually know much about this woman, but Soren knew what Vampire were. From Vampire offspring, Vampire Servant, Bloodline, and so on, all the way to becoming a full-fledged Vampire, the entire process was a ruthless Cruelty rule. The romanticized versions in folk tales were completely nonexistent; Dark Creature are Dark Creature, having nothing to do with kindness, light, or Justice. From the moment of transformation, a newborn Vampire's Destiny is to be enslaved until the moment they gain their freedom.

Vampire possess talents such as [Create Spawn], [Enslave Minion], and [Dominate Vampire], depending on their own strength.

This is a Dark Species centered around families.

A Vampire can enslave no more than twice their own Hit Points force as servants. There may be other requirements, but Soren hasn't studied them in detail. These transformed newborns are their servants, their wills directly Mind Control. Unless they Saving Throw resist Mind Control, they can only wait until their Vampire master exceeds the control limit or grants them freedom. A high-ranking Vampire often has a large number of minions, offspring, servants, and Bloodline.

Yaliana was the newborn who successfully resisted Mind Control, which not only challenged her master's authority but also made the other servants doubt her master's power.

Vampire are actually very pitiful creatures.

Despite possessing immense power, he is forever cursed, constantly burdened with the negative status of "Blood Thirst."

This Blood Thirst is a terrible curse, only slightly weaker than [Dark Thirst] and [Soul Thirst]. If the willpower requirement for quitting drugs is 10 points, then the willpower requirement for Blood Thirst is at least 30 points. Let alone Yaliana, even Soren, after being transformed into Vampire, would not be able to resist this primal desire.

But she didn't lose either.

When she removed Soren's slashed wrist, he already knew that Yaliana had a death wish; she had taken her revenge, and she wanted to end her own Hit Points. It was a struggle between humanity and the Blood Thirst. She had struggled with this contradiction for a long time, losing to the Blood Thirst time and time again, but in the final moments of her Hit Points, she triumphed over it. Yaliana chose her own Destiny.

That is death.

This is a Cruelty world.

Cruelty that you can't even easily choose suicide, because suicide is a grave sin in the teachings of any Deity.

She chose death. She was free. She was liberated.

Soren sat before the tomb, lost in thought for a long time.

Then he slowly drew his Scimitar and carved these words on the tombstone. "Though in darkness, my heart yearns for the light."

No one can help her.

Even the Deity are now struggling to survive. Her soul will be reborn in the Abyss Hell, losing most of her memories in the process. If she hasn't lost herself, she will embark on the most difficult path of 'soul redemption'. If she has already lost herself, she will sink into the Abyss Hell, perhaps becoming a member of the Devil's ranks, or perhaps a part of the Demon.

Soren turned and walked away into the distance.

His fleeting emotions did not affect the path in his heart; whether he lived or died, he was destined to fall into the Abyss.

He was there wherever Vivian was.

He headed towards the City of Wealth. Vivian was still nowhere to be found, but he was certain he would soon find a clue. The Fear God Child Fear God Child were growing stronger through their mutual Slaughter, and soon they would all be revealed. At that time, Vivian should also appear, for she too must ascend to the Throne of Fear amidst the Slaughter!

This is Destiny.

Only after overcoming the will of the Demon Lord of Fear can she choose her own Destiny again.

The Abyss.

Floor 570 -- [Plains of Havoc].

This is the territory of the Succubus Queen. Although her territory has expanded considerably over the long course of time, she still prefers to remain in her old domain, which is also the stronghold of the Abyss Succubus. The number of layers in the Abyss is difficult to estimate. Some Plane are extremely small, Plane are too harsh for Demon to survive in, and some Plane even uninhabitable for them. Inside a magnificent Palace, a woman of unparalleled beauty leaned back on her Throne, chin resting languidly on her hand, her beauty breathtaking! She sat there listlessly, gazing down at the Plane space before Throne. Many Demon Lord had existed for a very long time; surely, in their long Hit Points, there were times when they had nothing to do.

As if she had discovered something interesting, she suddenly sat up straight. Gazing intently at the Void before her, she slowly said, "Interesting! Interesting!"

"It seems a wonderful soul has entered my territory!"

Snap!

She slowly stood up, snapped her fingers, and said in a deep voice, "Gazer Observer!"

A Portal appeared out of thin air.

Then appeared a colossal Beholder of Legendary or higher rank, with countless densely packed eye sockets. Its central, enormous single eye seemed capable of piercing through time and space—a rather unique advanced class among Beholder. Gazer Observer watch over the Abyss and Hell, and may pledge allegiance to powerful Demon and Devil. Sometimes they even act as arbiters of the Lower Planes. Gazer Observer are extremely dangerous creatures; challenging them is no less difficult than dealing with weak Deity.

The enormous Beholder lowered its head slightly; in fact, it consisted of only a huge head, so only its general movements could be discerned.

"Your Majesty the Succubus Queen!"

The Gazer Observer lowered its height slightly to avoid its massive form towering over the Succubus Queen. Although this long-reigning Succubus Queen was Alignment Shift towards Lawful Evil, everyone knew her personality was unpredictable; she could punish you for the smallest thing.

The Succubus's punishment wasn't as easy as I'd imagined!

A Radiance of Divinity appeared.

The stunningly beautiful woman on the Throne rose, unfurling a pair of enormous Demon wings from her back. Her human appearance rapidly transformed; curved horns appeared on her forehead, her pupils turned crimson, and her peerless beauty became alluring and Charm. Pale blue demonic eyeshadow patterns appeared at the corners of her eyes, and a mocking smile graced her red lips. Her fiery red hair cascaded to her waist, and a Silk dress draped over her graceful figure. Her ample bosom was almost entirely exposed. A fine leather belt cinched her waist, and below her slender waist were full, round buttocks like a full moon. Beneath her long, muscular legs were not human ankles, but hooves unique to Demon.

She seemed to exude an irresistible allure!

Just one glance was enough to envelop me in the aura of passion and desire emanating from her!

"Smack!"

A loud crack of a whip echoed.

A whip appeared in the Succubus Queen's palm, wreathed in surging flames and arcs of electricity. She lashed it out into the Void, and a force tore through space.

As the Succubus Queen transformed into her true form, an aura of Fascinating Beauty spread out. The Gazer Observer's enormous single eye was momentarily bewildered before regaining its senses. Since the Succubus Queen took over the Evil Portfolio of corrupting passion, lust, forbidden love, and the cruel punishment of sex and sadism, the Charm aura she exuded had become increasingly astonishing. Whether male or female, or even genderless, any sentient being, whether alive or dead, seemed unable to escape the influence of her Charm aura.

She is cruel, beautiful, and Evil, possessing an irresistible allure.

The Succubus Queen seduced two Demon Monarch and personally plotted to kill them both! She is Chaotic Evil Archfiend, the Avatar of the most depraved lust in the Abyss, and even the gods of the Celestia find it difficult to resist her power! Even the Spider Queen must remain vigilant when facing this insidious and vicious being!

The soul shrank into a ball of light the size of a fist.

The Succubus Queen caught the light of the soul, a cruel smile playing on her lips. Her pale fingers shaped it into a pebble, within which a tormented Soul Phantom could be faintly seen. She glanced at it with interest, amusement in her eyes. "Seems like you haven't given up hope yet? I love these kinds of toys!"

"I wonder how long you can hold out against me!... I hope you can bring me a brief moment of pleasure!..."

"The Gazer Observer!"

The Succubus Queen tossed the Soul Stone, formed from the power of her fingertips Gazer Observer, a Evil smile playing on her lips, and said, "Send her away to be transformed into Succubus!"

"Perhaps she is qualified to be Radiant Nun!..."
