"Vivian!"

Soren caught the little girl who rushed towards him, spun her around in his arms, and then leaned down to give her a big kiss on her rosy cheek. The little girl wrapped her arms around Soren's neck and clung to him like a kitten, snuggling against him and taking a deep breath. Then she looked up at Goria beside her, her arms outstretched in an adorable gesture, as if she wanted a hug.

Vivian opened her arms and rushed over, saying sweetly, "Elder Sister Goria! I missed you so much!"

Seeing the adorable little girl, a gentle smile appeared on Goria's face. She reached out and caught the little girl who rushed towards her, gently stroking her long hair, and said softly, "Vivian, I missed you so much!"

The little girl clung to Goria, burying her head in her full chest and snuggling against her, as if she found it very comfortable.

After a while...

She suddenly frowned slightly, then sniffed her little nose like a puppy, rubbing it all over Goria, making Goria look a little uncomfortable. The little girl sniffed Goria for a moment, then murmured, "Goria smells like my Elder Sister!"

Upon hearing Vivian's words, a blush immediately appeared on Goria's face, making her look exceptionally charming and alluring.

"Hmm!"

The little girl snuggled closer to her mother's chest, then brought her delicate nose to the full bosom, sniffing intently at the tip. She even gently pinched it with her little hand, muttering to herself, "The scent is strongest here!"

Snap!

Goria, slightly annoyed and embarrassed, lightly smacked the little girl's bottom. Her delicate face was now a deep red. She picked Vivian up and walked away, her earlobes flushed. Before leaving, she gave Soren a reproachful glare. Soren, however, showed no sign of embarrassment. He simply gazed into the distance, trying to hide his awkwardness. When did Vivian's nose become so sharp? She could even smell which part of her body he liked to play with most.

The little girl seemed to understand something!

Having grown up in the Slums, she was far more mature than other children her age. She peeked out at Soren, then at Goria, whose face was flushed. She ran her small, pink finger across her cheek and teased, "Shame on you!!!..."

"Elder Sister Goria! Did you and brother do something naughty?!...!"

Snap!

Hmm!

It hurts!

The little girl pouted, touched her bottom that had just been smacked again, and obediently remained silent. But her big, bright eyes darted around several times, and it was impossible to tell what she was thinking.

However, she looked quite curious!

After all, she was just a nine-year-old child, and the little girl quickly forgot about it. Then, she took Goria's finger with her small, white hand and led her around the camp. At the same time, she still had a proud look on her face. She pulled Goria forward and told her that the paved road had only been completed two days ago, and that she had cleared out all the monsters that were roaming around the area one by one. The two walked for a while, and then a camp surrounded by a fence came into view. It now looked like a town.

Soren lagged slightly behind because he was transporting goods, so Vivian led Goria forward, explaining everything in a cheerful voice.

After all, she was involved in the entire construction of the camp.

at this time.

The camp is vastly different from what it was before Soren left. Firstly, the fences are much higher, now three layers thick, making them less vulnerable to powerful wild beasts. This also allows for the addition of more Arrow Tower. The entire camp currently has sixteen arrow Arrow Tower, making it comparable in size to many medium-sized towns. The next step would be building City Wall. However, this is far too time-consuming, labor-intensive, and expensive, Soren currently has no plans to build City Wall. He probably won't need them for at least another year or two.

The east gate of the camp was guarded by a row of Guard, but they were not all lazy pirates; there were also Drow Warrior among them.

This surprised Goria!

Because there were some things Soren hadn't had time to tell her yet, even the usually calm Goria was slightly moved when she saw these cold-faced and Perseverance Drow Warrior, seemingly somewhat shocked by the speed of Soren's development.

Subduing Drow is no easy task!

"Young Miss!"

The rather young-looking Drow Warrior bowed slightly, showing his respect to little Vivian, while simultaneously turning his gaze to Goria. He seemed to have discerned some of Goria's strength, his expression one of considerable astonishment. He bowed respectfully and said, "Welcome to the camp, Your Excellency the Witch!"

Drow are a race that has always revered the strong.

Goria nodded slightly, then followed Vivian into the camp. She noticed that these Drow weren't afraid of sunlight; they didn't seem to be pure-blooded Drow, but rather hybrids. Only Half-Drow could move so easily on the ground, and they also appeared to have Albino Drow blood. She wondered where Soren had found these people; such Drow were extremely rare after the fall of the Dark Maiden.

The campsite is surrounded by neat, square avenues!

Unlike any town Goria had ever seen before, she was struck by a powerful visual impact as soon as she entered the camp.

It's not a particularly impressive building.

Instead, everything here was incredibly orderly, more so than any city she had ever seen. Straight roads divided the area into four sections, the drainage ditches on both sides were identical, and all the houses were built in a similar style—a kind of novel and neat brick and tile house. It wasn't exactly ingenious architecture, but the rows of neatly arranged houses lining the streets were pleasing to the eye. With just one glance, Goria felt a growing fondness for the place; she loved this orderly and clean environment.

There was no excrement on the road, and even though there was a large population here, there was no foul stench in the air.

Although the pirates appeared somewhat unrestrained, they clearly understood many rules. Upon seeing Goria traveling with Vivian, they all involuntarily bowed slightly in respect. There were Blacksmith on the corners of the street, and the busiest and most lively places were three taverns. For pirates, not having alcohol was a difficult thing, but here one wouldn't see the usual fighting. This was because Soren had established a Arena Arena where any personal grudges had to be resolved, and duels between pirates required the presence of their leaders.

Goria saw many Slave!

However, unlike Slave in other places, although they were ragged, they Toughness and their faces were not sallow and emaciated. Some even looked rosy-cheeked, which meant that they had relatively abundant food.

From the West Gate gate, one could see cartloads of bricks and tiles being transported, as well as many designated but undeveloped areas. Many craftsmen were busy at work, and surprisingly, some had distinctly Eastern features. Among the rather lazy pirates, some with stern expressions and fierce bearing patrolled the area; Goria sensed a military aura about them. Almost every Patrol Guard included solemn-faced Drow Warrior, equipped with Elf weapons and possessing considerable strength.

Outside the South Gate lies a piece of land under reclamation.

Groups of native Slave worked in the Farmland. The first deep cultivation required more preparation, and there were fierce-looking pirate overseers nearby.

High-quality fertilizer is needed here.

Otherwise, the harvest from the first year of reclamation will be very poor, even though the soil here is quite Fertility.

Goria silently observed everything before her, her expression growing increasingly astonished as she watched, for she knew very well how quickly Soren had built all of this. Even with the help of the Witches' Council, she herself could not have achieved this scale in such a short time, let alone witness the beginnings of a city already taking shape.

Hard to imagine!

If Soren were given time to develop, what kind of city would he eventually build on the Overseas Islands?
